為了洗菜機作業(yè)及順暢愉快，每次作業(yè)前之檢查是很重要，務(wù)必逐項檢視無誤后，才可開始作業(yè)。

1、開關(guān)箱之檢查：切認無熔絲開關(guān)之電源線是否松脫，松脫必須確實旋緊；

2、各部之鏈條、網(wǎng)狀輸送帶、壓送皮帶、皮帶之張力確認、調(diào)整。

3、無段變速齒輪箱之齒輪機油，是否過量或不足，過量時請由放油塞處放出多余之機油，不足時請由加油口補充之。

洗菜機維護保養(yǎng)務(wù)必先將電源開關(guān)關(guān)掉，使設(shè)備處于停機狀態(tài)下記性。
For the maintenance of the vegetable washing machine, the power switch must be turned off first to keep the equipment in the shutdown state.
1、皮帶調(diào)整：在二皮帶輪之中間處，以手指(中指和食指)壓皮帶壓縮量為7～12mm為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值，大于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值時，調(diào)整惰輪規(guī)定緊度。
1. Belt adjustment: at the middle of the two pulleys, take the finger (middle finger and index finger) pressing the belt compression of 7 ~ 12mm as the standard value. When it is greater than the standard value, adjust the idler pulley to the specified tightness.
2、鏈條調(diào)整：在兩鏈輪的中間以手指(中指和食指)壓鏈條，壓縮量為4～ 9mm為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值，超過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值時，調(diào)整惰輪規(guī)定緊度。
2. Chain adjustment: press the chain with fingers (middle finger and index finger) in the middle of the two sprockets, and the compression amount is 4 ~ 9mm as the standard value. If it exceeds the standard value, adjust the idler gear to the specified tightness.
3、無段變速齒輪箱機油之點檢加油及更換：嚴(yán)禁煙火得情況下拆掉檢油塞，油剛流出為適當(dāng)之量，不足時補充之。
3. Spot inspection, refueling and replacement of engine oil for stepless gearbox: it is strictly prohibited to remove the oil inspection plug under the condition of fireworks. The oil just flows out is the appropriate amount, and it shall be supplemented when it is insufficient.
蔬菜清洗機長期置放方法：

如果洗菜機暫時不用需要擱置一端時間，這時的維護和保養(yǎng)更關(guān)重要，請務(wù)必按照以下方法操作。
If the vegetable washing machine is not used temporarily and needs to be put aside for one end of the time, the maintenance is more important. Please be sure to operate according to the following methods.
1、洗菜機各部件附著泥土、雜物等，用清水沖洗，用干布擦干，保持設(shè)備清潔；
